Stag’s Creek

The Stag’s Creek development is the eastern gateway to the City of Shawnee along Shawnee Mission Parkway. The project initiated a positive, disruptive change in the city both its citizens and how the general public views Shawnee.  Prior to our development, traffic on this high-traffic corridor was greeted by a pawn shop, a raggedy used car dealer, abandoned restaurants and two tired strip centers. The Stag’s Creek development initiated a $100+ million investment into the trade area.  Anchored by the Stag’s Creek Professional Center, a 35,000sf Class-A office building with Shawnee’s first underground parking, the City followed up these efforts with the redevelopment of the Nieman Road corridor to the north.  QuikTrip followed with the redevelopment of the southwest corner of Goddard with a new, flagship store.
