Furthering our mission to re-imagine, re-invent, re-use and re-purpose Stag Commercial has acquired the 19,000sf +/- former Brown Mackie College property along the I-35 east frontage road. Directly adjacent to our two hotel development that wiped a dilapidated eyesore from Lenexa’s landscape, we are planning another - Home2 by Hilton - hotel on this expansive site while keeping the building intact. This site needs extensive re-purposing to the 100,000 vehicles that pass by on the interstate.
